About Me
My name is Ashwin
I’m Ashwin Vaidyanathan, a driven and compassionate high school student with a strong passion for healthcare, community service, and early childhood development. My journey into medicine began with hands-on experiences in clinical and hospital environments, where I’ve engaged in emergency simulations, hospital rotations, and over 200 hours of volunteer service at the Veterans Association Hospital.
Beyond healthcare, I’m the founder of the Mindful Motion Project, an initiative that focuses on service and product - driven activities offering i) motor skill development with cognitive challenges for children and ii) smart systems for the geriatric community.
Example:
Creative movement-based games to support early learning and brain development at local daycares.

My Mission
To help children with special needs have fun while exercising their minds.
I believe physical movement is not just good for the body—it’s powerful for the brain.
I’ve created a series of activities that combine math, memory, and motor skills to make learning more active, inclusive, and fun.

Where Movement Meets the Mind
Helping kids grow stronger, smarter,
and more confident
—one hop, one jump, one smile at a time.
Combining motor skill development with brain-boosting activities for early learners.
Supporting the elderly monitor their health, overcome isolation,
and become more independent
—one helping hand, cheer, and laughter at a time.
Assisting seniors achieve better quality of life
